Happy Friday Guys! I hope everyone is excited for the weekend.

One of my goals this year was to post more recipes, I love to cook and bake, but honestly don’t enjoy the recipe documentation process when it comes to blogging. So I wanted to try more vlogs, and thought that this simple BLT Soup would be a great place to start.

I love a good Tomato soup- I’ll be honest I don’t usually make it from scratch, but love dressing it up to a heartier meal. Just by adding some simple accoutrements like bacon, homemade croutons and lettuce, (and avocado if you desire) can change up the flavour profile to taste like a BLT without all the carbs!

And since this is my first video please bear with me, practice makes perfect and there is so much room for improvement!
