Fraser Island

After a few rest days, we’ve started to flex our muscles on the Gold Coast in Australia. I worked up the courage to jump on my surf board despite all the shark warnings and we’ve made a trip out to Fraser Island, which is a beautiful UNESCO site today to see some Roos, Dolphins, Dingos and Shipwrecks. After some precarious maneouvering to beat high tide on the beach highway we got to visit a beautiful freshwater lake, a 1920’s shipwreck and beautiful vista’s along the coastline. All in all another great day down under, tomorrow is surf and shopping!
