My March Must-Haves

Spring Fever

We’re only halfway through March and  I’ve managed to find  at least a dozen pieces online that I’ve fallen in love with for spring. I thought I’d share my top eight picks that I think can refresh your wardrobe heading into the warmer weather, while still adding versatility so you can mix and match with the rest of your closet.

1.  A Silky Trench– I am in love with the soft, low maintenance Tencel fabric that we are seeing in apparel. The classic lines of a trench combine with a lightweight material can go from office to out at night without looking too stuffy.
2. Floral Romper– I’m so excited to see rompers back this year and I fell in love with this Design Lab from the Hudson Bay. I could easily wear this with a white blazer to the office or something sweet for date night.
3. Trimmed Sweaters– Save some time and money to get a pulled together, layered look with just one sweater. I for one need like a dozen of these, since I can’t quite seem to master the mix and match game when it comes to tops.
4. Simply Stiletto Sandal– Last year I abstained from purchasing the classic black or beige sandal that can basically be worn with any spring and summer outfit, but  became a bit more interested when I found these contrasting ones with a pop of  orange.
5. Block Heels– I love that the 70’s vibe is back this season and with it these fantastic block wooden heeled sandals. I am digging out my flared jeans that would love to partner up with these shoes. Plus the snakeskin is a bit of a neutral with a twist.
6. Paisley Print Dress– In keeping with the spirit of the 70’s vibe, this flared, print dress from Joe Fresh  is perfect to transition from spring with boots to summer and sandals. That fact that it’s under $50 doesn’t hurt either.
7. Bright Tunic Top– Something about the warmer weather just makes you crave color. A bright tunic is super versatile, pair with a pencil skirt for the office or denim for those laid-back days. I know a top like this will make many miles this season, plus I love this shade of pink!
8. Saddle Bags– A classic cross-body in a tan color is a perfect complement to most outfits. I also love that most of the saddle bags are large enough to carry all the essentials, so I don’t have a panic attack as I break out of my tote bag rut.
