Snow Day

Snow Day

Sweater | Blanket Scarf | Pendleton x Gap Denim | Buffalo Check Boots

The first snowfall of the year always excites me. As kids, my brother and I would be jumping for joy because it meant that ski season would soon following. Thanksgiving was a true snow day this year and although it seemed a tad too early, I was so excited to throw on these plaid snow boots and head outside to throw a few snow balls for the fur monster and then with some sadness went back in the house to pack away all my sandals and summer dresses.

But everyone keeps talking about how the farmers almanac is predicting a cold, cold, long winter?! Anyone else heard this news? So I figure, if you can’t beat ’em, join them and maybe, just maybe I’ll finally figure out how to “tie” a blanket scarf around my neck this year…

Hi! I was looking at those boots online (my local store is sold out) and ran across your post. Do they fit true to size? Thanks!

Great blog, BTW. 🙂

Hi! Yes I found they fit pretty true to size, however I like to have a heavy sock on in the winter, so they might be a bit bigger if you have just a running sock on. Thanks so much!
