Spring Break is here and with summer close on it’s tail, has me thinking about the difficult task of packing for a beach vacation. If you’re like me and want some extra coverage in the midriff region, or just simply don’t feel comfortable in a bikini, I’m happy to report that it seems this season more than ever are so many options for cute one pieces or high rise bikini bottoms. They offer coverage yet look sexy at the same time. And if you are a die hard bikini fan, sometimes they just aren’t all that practical if you want to surf or participate in some water sports where wardrobe malfunctions can pretty much be guaranteed.  I’m intrigued by the rash guard/swimsuit combo and think it would be perfect for early morning surf sessions or even paddle boarding.
And if you’re Canadian like me and want to avoid hefty exchange and duty charges when finding a swimsuit, check out stores like Simons, Hudson’s Bay or Swimco that offer an array of swimwear options for us snowbirds looking for some warm weather.
