Happy Valentine’s Day Everyone! Last night we were treated to a blast of old man winter and with the snowy conditions, I decided to stay in and do a little baking. Since running to the store wasn’t an option in the blizzard, my love muffin concoction was a creation of Red Velvet Cupcakes with Grand Marnier Cream Cheese Icing, that I usually make with a Guinness Chocolate Cake. And so the LOVE Muffin, not to be confused with Love Handles (but coincidently directly related) was created. Now I’m sharing the love and the calories with the office~ they curse me but deep down I know they’re smiling…
