Sometimes on Hump Days I find myself in a mini rut. The week can feel like I’ve already put 10 days into two or other times the weekend is barreling towards me and the to-do list is growing exponentially. So I have found to counterbalance this, a polished, pretty uniform can help. At least I feel pulled together enough to handle what’s coming at me.
I was fortunate to make a quick visit to my favourite store Salt Boutique, when I was visiting my folks at Thanksgiving. I found a great In Wear Blazer, that as store owner Caroline Marko described it, “Is Chanel, but not”. The cropped blazed has the texture and detailing reminiscent of a Chanel piece, combine with a romantic patterned top from Banana Republic, layers of pearls and a Pyrrha Eagle Crest Wax Seal Necklace and a soft grey leather tasselled In Wear purse (also from Salt) to finish the look. I love the classic nature of the blazer and can see it helping me step out of the wagon ruts any Wednesday I might need a pick-me up.
Love the look…and your little jacket screams to me of another woman that could put a fashion look together! You go girl!
Thanks! I thought she would have probably liked this one 🙂
Such a beautiful setting. Love the preppiness of the blazer.
It’s great that this is right out the back door, defiantley have to take advantage of it more!
your bracelet is beautiful and i love your watch. I hate wednesdays because the Monday and tuesday goes by fast but thursday and friday feels like forever.

Couldn’t agree with you more! The boyfriend/aviator watches are my fav! I love a big chunky watch and don’t think I could go back to having a small dainty one on my wrist!
Love the whole thing. The little bling on the wrist is too cute. I bought some little turquoise leather bracelets a while back and have been so surprised at what a difference they make and how often I wear them!!
That one is actually a long necklace that I just wrapped up. I love it though it gives a little sparkle without being too over the top,
Love the jacket! I’m working on some of those wrap bracelets with glass beads and buttons they are a lot of fun!
I love that they are so versatile, I wore mine as a necklace and around my wrist. Can’t wait to see yours!
