Maybe one of the easiest ways to give a bedroom a mini makeover is to change out the bedding and pillows. Blame it on February, or the fact that we’re still deep in winter, but I’m really loving a blush palette for the bedroom. From soft powdery pinks, to even a deeper burgundy, it adds a romantic update and warmth to a space. I also think playing with textures and patterns like this wool, velvet and muslin mix of materials here adds depth to your space when you’re working with a distinct colour palette. I also find it fits my industrial chic decor style with the smoky grey/blue paint in my bedroom. I also warmed up the space with some brass and metallic accent pieces. One things for sure, Gunnar seemed to enjoy the space update- I couldn’t even get him to move while I was taking photos!
