Sometimes I think the only two things you need to transition into a summer wardrobe is a fun beach bag and a cute hat. Summer time is all about being light and fun, so when I found this cute flamingo tote I thought it would be perfect for casual outfits or the beach. A hat’s just critical in keeping the rays off your face- another plus, it makes you feel pulled together even if you didn’t do your hair that day. Now I just need to find a really cute “yard” hat- you know, the kind for driving your ride on tractor while enjoying a cold refreshment? Ah but I digress…
Another thing I’m still loving this season are these flare jeans, So comfy with the high waist that I absolutely thought I would hate and how is it that more fabric can make my legs feel longer and leaner? Maybe because 3/4 of my body is swaddled in denim? But whatever the visual trickery, I’ll take it 😉
