Last weekend was a busy one as I kicked off the weekend by attending the 100th Annual Hand Hills Rodeo with my cousin and some of her other Stampede committee members. A sanctioned pro rodeo, Hand Hills is close to the Calgary Stampede ranch, and featured the infamous rodeo stock. It also had chuck-wagon, chariot races with entertainment at night- the full meal deal to celebrate the centennial. The weather was smoking hot, but the best part about a small town rodeo is there isn’t a bad seat in the house and I was able to get up close and snap some photos. Here’s a few from our day.
