I realize looking around that there might be too much “girly” creeping into my home. As I embark on an office makeover, I hope to restore the balance. The looks l have been drawn to border on the vintage industrial feel, from antique posters, old trunks, world war II aviator lines and 1930’s metal containers. Don’t get me wrong- there will be elements of flowers and femininity, however I want the design structure to rely on a large dose of masculine for this room. My hope is for it to set a comfortable but serious tone with a bit of nostalgia. The center piece for the room which I absolutely love is the Spit Fire Chair from Restoration Hardware. I can’t wait to bring it together- stay tuned for the finished post!
