When I worked in Quebec there was always one store that I couldn’t resist visiting and exporting vast quantities of goods back to Western Canada. Simons is a department store that set up shop in Quebec City in 1840 and has flourished since but mysteriously enough did not expand out of province, until I discovered recently that they are now doing on-line shopping. The website has been expanding- at first I was finding the inventory limited. The reason I like Simon’s- it offers different looks at very reasonable prices. They have women’s and men’s clothing and a house & home department. My first order just came in and I am very pleased with my purchases. I picked out a few of my favourites.
