I’m not sure how this Buffalo Chicken dip has eluded me for so many years. A few friends had suggested it and even sent me the recipe to try on numerous occasions stating how divine it was. Finally at New Years a friend had made it and brought it to the party and it was love at first dip. With Superbowl parties commencing in just a few short days, if you are still looking to add to your appetizer menu, this is a great one to have on the roster!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
This is an easy appetizer for a Superbowl party or relaxed gathering at home. Spice it up or down as you like and serve with french bread, tortilla chips or carrots and celery for a lighter option.
Instructions
Pre-Heat Oven to 400 F, Cook chicken until done and pulled.
Beat cream cheese, hot sauce and ranch dressing into a consistent blend. Add mix and remainder of ingredients (chicken and cheeses) into a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and chili powder on top.
Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until brown and bubbling. Pull out of oven and let cool. Add diced avocado as garnish on top.
Serve warm with side of celery and carrot sticks, baguette slices or tortilla chips.
