Bet you thought by the title of the post that we would be spreading our wings, headed to warmer weather! But alas it’s about this time in January when the winter blahs usually set in for me and I have settled into my winter uniform of grey or black sweaters. So when I found this southwest boatneck on sale it instantly perked me up. Just enough pattern and cozy combined to shake me out of the chunky sweater wagon track I had fallen into. I also like that you can transition into spring with the pattern and weight of the knit.
This is the month where I try and limit spending on new items and focus on getting my health and fitness back on track after an indulgent holidays. So far I have another barre series that I’m completing the coming months and then another downhill race beginning of February, so I have to step it up a few notches in the next few weeks! And I’m sure I’ll be sharing some of my workout experiences (and outfits) along the way through social media and the blog so stay tuned and I’d appreciate if any of you could keep me on task and ask me how it’s going. I need all the motivation I can get!
