With the long weekend here, I always get a bit nostalgic for things we traditionally do with our summer days such as camping, fishing, a BBQ or two…. So when I saw this recipe for Maple-Planked Stuffed S’mores, I thought they would be the perfect partner in crime for the July long.
Easy to make, especially if you get the Jumbo marshmallows (maybe only add one piece of chocolate with the smaller size). Serve up with some graham crackers to scoop up the melted chocolately goodness, I promise they are a crowd pleaser.
