Hi Guys!! I’m finally settling in here after a few days in western Australia. Other than the long flight- about 32 hrs, but who’s counting 😉 And a few groggy days of jet lag, I’m finally getting used to the warmer climate and after some we’ve been adventuring further out of the city. One of the first stops earlier this week was a day trip to the Swan Valley– home to wineries, farms, a historical district, wildlife sanctuary and numerous state parks. We journeyed down to Bells Rapids for this outfit post, the water level being quite low as you could tell, but the scenery and flora and fauna spectacular.
My outfit inspiration seemed to fit seamlessly with the locale, and to be honest, the long sleeve top is a lifesaver when you’re travelling- especially if you haven’t had any sun in months! But trust me I’ll be loaded up on the SPF the entire trip. Other highlights of the Swan Valley included a lovely tour and lunch in historic Guildford and a trip to the Caversham Wildlife Park– where we got to see all sorts of animals from Australia and SE Asia, as well as get up close and personal with some Roos! It was a great day and really showcased the diversity that WA has to offer. Next up, beach time!
