Tonight we watched all of Brad’s previous ladies spout off about their Bachelor experience. The available wine to pair with the seemingly more unavailable Bachelor is a Folonari Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon Venezie. The wineries mission statement is to create wines accessible to everyday tables, making it a perfect date for tonight. To add to the experience pair it with something sweet and bitter. Brookside makes an excellent Dark Chocolate Pomegranate that is to die for. As for the wine itself; the Cabernet and Merlot combine for a smooth, well-balanced finish, which is exactly the match we hope to see at the last rose ceremony. To be honest I’m putting my money on Emily. I’m just sad to see my Monday night wine testing coming to an end after the rose ceremony next week- let’s hope that they name the next Bachelorette!
