A week ago I put the question out if it was too early to start decorating for Christmas, at which point I took the slightest sign of encouragement to start decking the halls. But with the drop of the mercury and white stuff now on the ground, I realize with my cravings for flannel sheets and crackling fires, I don’t want to just decorate for Christmas, I want to winterize my home. Don’t live in the country in a secluded log cabin? That doesn’t mean you can bring cabin comforts to the city. Adding a few key seasonal pieces to any room will not only make you feel home for just the holidays, but cozy until spring melt.
