Last Minute Party Planning

I know, how can New Years sneak up on you right? After a leisurely week with no plans or schedule, I was jolted out of my slumber when G2 informed me we were hosting a “small” New Year’s get together. It’s been an unusual Holidays for me, I didn’t have to prepare any large family dinners or gatherings. I haven’t been to the grocery store so I am now coming up with quick and simple things to serve, without having to rip plastic off the container before I heat it up in the microwave. Not to fear, after some quick research and examining the contents of my cupboards I’ve come up with the following ideas:

Appetizers:
