Company Dress Code

One of the best things about running your own company is you can set the tone on the dress code right? I’m finding it to be a bit tricky. See while I’d rather wear denim and boots to the office everyday (ok maybe throw in the occasional dress), I also have to suit up to meet client expectations while also setting a direction for staff. (Midriff-baring shirts and flip-flops are not going to fly with me). But in my line of work, we’re not ultra conservative with the need for suit and tie everyday and unfortunately for staff, this is not the Google campus. So I came up with a few pieces above that I think lend themself to help creating a sophisticated feel, even with denim. I created a few more looks below, that I definitely felt met the bar with clients, while still letting me be me.
