We just arrived home from a quick trip to take in some Arizona Vitamin D. The weather was gorgeous and I made sure to send a daily report of the poolside to all those left suffering at home. Highlights of the trip was seeing all of my family terrorize the staff at the Willow Stream Spa at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess (thank you for providing the extra towels and cookies), the early morning vista’s from Pinnacle Peak and searching through the eccentric art and furniture shops at Cave Creek. I also found a new favourite way to grill avocado {here}, and this delicious Watermelon Moscato Slush. Thank you Arizona for your hospitality and all those who put up with my over zealous instagram posts, it’s been like 8 months since I’ve seen sun 😉
