Tis’ the Season

Through all the hustle and bustle of preparing for the holidays, I am hoping that as you are reading this you have a chance to relax, put your feet up, take a breath and reminisce about the year in general.

For me this has been a year of first’s, the blog will be one year old on Dec 31st. Sounds bad but this is the first time I’ve stuck to a new years resolution ever. My brother moved to Australia so this will be my first Skype Christmas. And this was the first year I truly dedicated myself to hunting during bow season and had a very steep learning curve.

As with any year there has been peaks and valleys, for those we lost they will be forever  remembered and those we’ve gained there is a refreshing joy that comes with new life. Broken bones eventually make us stronger and laughter helps the healing process. I am so fortunate to have so many wonderful family and friends and can’t say enough to the support and love I’ve been given on all fronts.

I hope this holiday you find yourself in a warm place with family and friends and love for the wonders of life in your heart…

Merry Christmas All!
